All new athletes begin with a consultation. This is important so we can get to know one another and determine the right approach for you. Returning athletes also begin with a consultation so we can get back onto the same page again. We will discuss the following:
-Mapping out how and when to reach goals
-Determine how to navigate barriers to training/racing
-Q & A
-Personalized daily training plan, in an ongoing 6 week rotation
-Run distances, paces, cross training prescribed
-Prehab, rehab, strength training, flexibility and mobility included as needed
-Unlimited personal interaction
Pre + Post Race Consults are scheduled for races marathon distance and longer but can be scheduled for shorter key races.
Pre Race Consult
-Plan out pacing and goal splits
-Make fueling and hydrating plan
-Discuss mental skills for specific scenarios
-Clarify A, B, and C goals
Post Race Consult
-Break down the details of the race
-Glean lessons from the racing experience
-Discuss our approach for the next race
-Personalized coaching for speed sessions, tempo sessions, strength, prehab, rehab, flexibility, goal setting, etc...
-meet at varied locations determined by coach & athlete

*The athlete has the opportunity to participate in the listed frequency of coaching sessions. Unused coaching sessions will not carry over into following months and cannot be saved up.
