Consultations are also available to established clients for setting new goals, discussion regarding training or racing plans, and as single coaching sessions.

-Run distances, paces, terrain, cross training prescribed
-Prehab, rehab, strength training, flexibility and mobility included as needed
-Regular personal interaction
-Personalized coaching for speed sessions, tempo sessions, strength, prehab, rehab, flexibility, etc...
