Consultation - $75 per hour

All new athletes begin with a consultation.  This is important so we can get to know one another and determine if we the right approach for you. We will discuss the following:

-Goal setting

-Mapping out how and when to reach goals

-Determine how to navigate barriers to training

-Q & A

Consultations are also available to established clients for setting new goals, discussion regarding training needs, pre-race planning & post race debrief.

 

6 Week Training Plan - $140 per plan

-Personalized daily training plan

-Run distances, paces, terrain, cross training prescribed

-Prehab, rehab, strength training, flexibility and mobility included as needed

-Regular personal interaction

 

PC Strength - $360 per 10 week session

-Weekly training group for total-body running-specific strength, prehab, rehab and flexibility

-All levels welcome!

-In-person option

-Virtual option via Zoom

-50 min long

 

Private Coaching Sessions - $55 per session (package of 4 minimum)

-Personalized coaching for speed sessions, tempo sessions, strength, prehab, rehab, flexibility, etc...

-meet at varied locations determined by coach & athlete

- ~1 hour long

 

Small Group Coaching Sessions - $45 per person per session

-Small group semi-personalized coaching for speed sessions, tempo sessions, strength, prehab, rehab, flexibility, etc... 

-meet at varied locations determined by coach & athletes 

- ~1 hour long
