Many of my clients are from Puyallup and surrounding areas. For coaching sessions we often meet at Sparks Stadium and other local tracks and nearby trails. I also have many clients in the Seattle area and I am often available Fridays near Greenlake. For coaching sessions requiring more equipment, I contract with Olympic Sports and Spine Rehabilitation. Consultations are usually at a Starbucks location in the Puyallup or Seattle area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution that fits you well!
Since I follow my own training plan and adhere to the advice of my own coach I don't usually run with clients. Occasionally my training needs line up with the training needs of clients and I enjoy running together. I do often ride my ElliptiGO with clients for runs off the track.

Many clients thrive by following the training plan and having one coaching session per week. Some clients prefer to meet for coaching sessions twice a week. And other clients prefer only following the training plan with no coaching sessions. I am happy to make recommendations based on your needs, but this is entirely up to each client and their desired level of interaction.
The Cash App through Square is how I accept payment from most clients. There is a very small 1.9% fee but my clients find the ease of the service is more than worth it. I also accept checks and cash (exact change please!).
