Activation exercises help prepare the body to run by recruiting muscles to fire. Drills reinforce specific movement patterns.

Mobility work aids in post run recovery by moving joints through a healthy range of motion, opening up muscles and fascia, and flushing out toxins.

Consultations

All new athletes begin with a consultation. This is an important time to get to know one another and determine the right approach for you. We will discuss your running history and goals, map out the path to reach your goals, navigate barriers to training/racing, and answer any questions you may have. Returning athletes also begin with a consultation so we can get back onto the same page again.

$100/hour

Monthly Coaching

Personalized Training Plans All monthly coaching tiers include a personalized training plan on the VDOT platform. VDOT is compatible with Garmin, Coros, Strava, and Apple Watches. You will get daily run distances and paces, cross training, pre-run ancillary work and post-run mobility work.

Unlimited Communication All athletes are encouraged to communicate often and openly. You are welcome to communicate through your training plan, email, text, and phone.

Race Planning Pre-race consults are used to discuss race day goals, map out your pacing and fueling/hydration strategy, and talk through mental skills for specific scenarios. Post-race consults are used debrief the race experience, glean valuable lessons, and discuss our approach for future races.

Private Coaching Sessions Most monthly coaching tiers include private coaching sessions. Sessions can be used however we decide is most helpful for you. This can include running workouts, strength training, prehab and rehab, post race mobility and recovery, goal setting, etc... Coaching sessions are where we are able to make the most tangible progress toward your goals.
