  • Small Group Strength

    Now offering small group strength training for runners. Open to groups of 3-5 athletes. Outdoor options when weather permitting or virtual options are available. Fill out the Form below for more details.

  • Team Talks

    I love bringing my expertise and encouragement to the next generation of athletes. If you work with high school or junior high runners you know they are motivated and excited to reach their goals! I will gladly share my experience as an elite runner, and I will also talk about what it means to be a balanced and healthy athlete.   • RUNaway Retreat

    RUNaway Retreat is a perfect chance to get away and unwind in a beautiful and serene environment. Delicious nutritious food will be provided and prepared for you by a private chef. There will be many opportunities to run, walk, and explore. We will offer strength and mobility sessions. You’ll have abundant free time to soak in the hot tub, jump in the lake, sit by the campfire, play games, and simply enjoy slowing down and connecting with others.

    Our next RUNaway Retreat will be May 20-31, 2026 at a beautiful VRBO on Long Lake in Lacey, Washington. More details coming soon…

  • RUNCH

    We host RUNCH events several times per year. We will meet and enjoy some social miles before having brunch together. Details for our next RUNCH event will be posted as soon as they are available.

  • Gratitude Run

    Each November around the Thanksgiving holiday, we meet for a social run and enjoy discussing all the things we are grateful for.

  • RunCamp

    We have had 4 annual RunCamps since 2019 and they have been a much loved event our athletes look forward to. RunCamp is a time of learning, socializing, and of course plenty of running!
